I made a pact with Eric to do a Sketch a Day as well, on weekdays and not on travel days when I'm leaving town. I did a lot of sketches today-for La Boheme. What I am finding difficult is making the artists look "poor" while just in their drawing phase. Here is Rodolfo, as not yet seen by the director.
I want to work towards how well you draw fabric draping. I've always admired how you have such an economy of line, and yet the fabric hangs so softly. Genius!
